Do your machines have CE certification?

Some machine models can be supplied with CE certification. If your market requires specific certificates, please inform our customer support team before placing an order.

What CNC control systems are available?

We can provide different CNC control systems according to customer requirements, such as FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, GSK, KND, and other systems.

Can the machine be equipped with an automatic tool changer?

Yes. Many machining centers can be equipped with automatic tool changers. 

Can the machine be equipped with a fourth axis or fifth axis?

Yes. Some machine models can be equipped with a fourth axis, rotary table, or five-axis configuration. This is suitable for complex parts that require multi-side machining.

How do you control machine quality?

Each machine is tested before shipment, including spindle running test, axis movement test, electrical system test, accuracy inspection, and cutting test.

Can the machine be customized?

Yes. We can customize CNC system, spindle speed, tool magazine, chip conveyor, coolant system, fourth axis, fifth axis, voltage, machine color, and other configurations.

Can I visit your factory?

Yes. Customers are welcome to visit our factory to check machines, production process, testing process, and company capability.

Is the machine easy to install?

Most machines are shipped as complete units. After receiving the machine, customers need to place the machine, connect power, level the machine, add oil and coolant, and complete basic commissioning.

What is your minimum order quantity?

For most machine tools, the minimum order quantity is one set.

What payment terms do you accept?

We usually accept T/T bank transfer，Irrevocable LC.. Common payment terms are deposit before production and balance before shipment. Other payment terms can be discussed according to the order situation.

What is the warranty period?

Our standard warranty period is usually one year. During the warranty period, we provide support for confirmed quality problems according to the order agreement.

How do you provide after-sales service for overseas customers?

We provide after-sales support through online communication, video guidance, remote troubleshooting, manuals, and spare parts supply.

What trade terms do you support?

We can support FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW and other trade terms according to customer requirements.
